The relationships are real, the quality checks are in person, and the pricing reflects what things actually cost to make.

HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 — Brief & scope
A 30-minute call to understand what you need, how many, by when, and at what cost. We come back within five days with a clear note on whether we can do it and a rough cost. No commitment at this stage.
Step 2 — Sample & quote
We approach two or three manufacturers we trust. Samples and pricing come back to you. You look, we negotiate. We charge a transparent program fee — no hidden sourcing margin.
Step 3 — Production & delivery
Our sourcing team is on the factory floor during production, checks quality inline, and inspects everything before it ships. You get a weekly update. Nothing leaves without a sign-off from both sides.
